How to use

How to Use Your Long and Strong Hair Care System

Step 1: Cleanse with Shampoo
1. Wet hair thoroughly.
2. Pump a small amount of shampoo into your palm.
3. Massage gently into scalp using your fingertips into a lather.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. For a deeper clean, repeat once more.

Step 2: Nourish with Conditioner
1. After shampooing, apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends (avoid the scalp if prone to oiliness).
2. Leave on for 2–5 minutes to let the ingredients work.
3. Rinse well with cool water to seal in shine.

Step 3: Revitalise with Coco Aloe Mist Spray
1. Towel-dry hair or use on dry hair as a leave-in treatment.
2. Shake the bottle well.
3. With the bottle approximately 4-6inches away from hair, spray mist evenly from roots to ends, focusing on dry or damaged areas.
4. The mist can be used as a detangler too! Just spray on the tangled hair and comb using a wide-toothed comb.
5. Style as usual — no need to rinse.
6. Use cool setting on hair dryer if you are into blow-drying.
7. Reapply lightly during the day for extra hydration, frizz control, and shine.
