How to use
Wet your hair.
Wet hair and apply Long and Strong shampoo.
Massage the scalp.
Massage into your scalp for 2–3 minutes with your fingertips.
Let it activate.
Leave in for 1–2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Condition and strengthen.
Apply from mid-length to ends. Leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse.
Hydrate and lock in shine.
Spray the Coco Aloe Mist over damp hair, then comb through.
Dry.
Blow dry on a cool setting, or simply air dry.

Why we made this
Long and Strong wasn't built in a lab for a launch date. It was built for my daughter, after an emergency surgery in 2022 meant her scalp needed something gentle enough for post-op skin — and strong enough to bring her hair back. It worked. Then it kept working for everyone else who tried it.
It was conceptualised inside Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick. We fundraise for the Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation, and every donation goes straight to them. That's not a marketing line — it's where this product actually came from.
