How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is simple!

Just browse our products, select the item you love, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, head to your cart and click “Checkout.” Enter your shipping details, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order. Once completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.

How can I check my order status?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Once your package is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. You can also log into your Tasic Pure Oils account anytime to view your order history and current order status.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

We can update your shipping address as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the shipping details.

How do I cancel my order?

You can request an order cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll be able to cancel it for you.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return or exchange after it arrives.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.

If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

How do I get a refund?

To request a refund, simply contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your request meets our return policy guidelines, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error with your order.
