Shipping policy

Tasic Pure Oils, Pty. Ltd. will deliver the goods in accordance with the available delivery option during the order process. Any delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. Orders will be delivered to you in our Tasic Pure Oils, Pty. Ltd. custom boxes and biodegradable parcel bags. To the extent permitted by law, Tasic Pure Oils, Pty. Ltd. does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by force majeure or any third party.

Risk of Loss
Risk in the loss of goods will be passed on to you upon delivery. Loss of goods due to theft in the buyer’s mailbox or address will not be the liability of Tasic Pure Oils, Pty. Ltd.

Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery of the goods, you must inspect the items you have received. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you have notified us beforehand that you have cancelled the order or if you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy. If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact Customer Services at info@tasicpureoils.com.au
