Order Issues
If you have received the wrong order, if any item is damaged or your order does not arrive, please contact us via email at info@tasicpureoils.com.au, and we will re-ship the order immediately.
Change of Mind
Should you have a change of mind and would like to exchange a purchased item, the return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost. The request should be made within 7days from date of purchase and should be back to us within 14days of purchase. The items should not have more than 10% of its contents used. We recommend registering and taking transit insurance on your return postage to us as items in transit are your responsibility until it arrives back to our premises.
Faulty or Damaged
All products purchased from Tasic Pure Oils, Pty. Ltd. are covered by transit insurance and are fully guaranteed by us. This ensures your order is received by you in good order and can be used as specified by us.
In the unlikely event that your order is misplaced or damaged in transit, please email our Customer Service team at info@tasicpureoils.com.au and give a full detailed description of the problem / damage, as well as your name, contact number or email address and we will be in touch to resolve it.
