Fewer Visible Blackheads Without Scrubbing Your Face Raw

Silica-rich clay lifts what's clogging your pores. Your skin's moisture stays exactly where it is.

Three pink clay bars labeled 'clay' are arranged on a textured light surface with scattered pink powder, green leaves, and small stones. Two inset photos on the right show a woman's face with text reading 'WITH REGULAR USE' above each portrait.

Australian Pink Clay
balances oil, keeps moisture

Australian pink clay is naturally rich in silica, magnesium and zinc — minerals that gently draw excess oil from the skin's surface without disturbing what's underneath.

Unlike harsher clays that pull moisture out along with impurities, pink clay's finer mineral structure targets only the surface layer, so hydration deeper in the skin stays intact.

The result is oil control that doesn't tip into dryness — skin feels balanced and comfortable, not stripped or tight after washing.

Why Most Bar Soaps Don't Work

Most bars on the shelf aren't soap at all. They're detergent bars — built to lather hard and smell strong, which is a very different job from leaving your skin better than it found it.

They often:

  • ❌ Use sulfates that strip your skin's natural oils
  • ❌ Lean on synthetic fragrance rather than real botanicals
  • ❌ Rely on palm oil and cheap filler bases
  • ❌ Leave skin tight and squeaky, which reads as "clean" but isn't
  • ❌ Trigger the rebound oil that starts the cycle again tomorrow

So you moisturise to undo what you just washed off — and the bar that caused it is still in the shower.

Australian Pink Clay Soap works differently.

Australian pink clay is one of the gentlest clays there is. Its fine mineral structure — silica, magnesium and zinc — draws excess oil off the surface without pulling moisture from underneath, so skin is left balanced rather than tight. Saponified plant oils do the cleansing, not sulfates. Handmade in small batches in Australia, palm oil free, with no SLS, parabens or artificial fragrance.

Why we made this

We had hair care. We had facial care. The soaps came next to finish the range — the same standard applied to the rest of you.

They're palm oil-free and made from organic raw materials. That isn't a marketing line; it's the reason they cost what they do, and the reason we make them in small batches rather than order them in.

We have answers!

Questions?

Will this dry out my skin?

No. Our bar soaps are formulated without SLS or harsh sulfates. Each bar is enriched with skin-nourishing botanicals that cleanse without over-drying.

What makes these different from supermarket soap?

Most supermarket soaps are detergent bars made with synthetic agents. Tasic Pure Oils bars are handcrafted in small batches using plant-based ingredients, with organic raw materials wherever we can source them. No fillers, no nasties.

Will this help with dull or uneven skin?

Each bar is made with active plant botanicals that cleanse gently, helping skin look clearer and more even over time. This bar's fine clay minerals also lightly buff the surface as you wash.

Are these suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. All four bars are free from SLS, parabens, and synthetic fragrance. Patch test before full use if you have known sensitivities.

Why switch to a plant-based bar now?

Your skin absorbs what you put on it every day. Switching to a clean, plant-based bar is one of the simplest swaps you can make.
